This is Helen Keller and she is a role model that demonstrates empathy. Helen had a fever at a young age and this left her deaf and blind. She was not happy with what had happened to her. With the help of Annie Sullivan, Helen learned to read and write in brail.

I chose these two quotes because I got more of an explanation of what empathy is. I now know that means to show feelings towards another as if you were walking in their shows.
